Cryptologic 8% Extendible Convertible Debenture listed on June 21, 2018 will mature on June 30, 2020.

Settlement Terms: All trades June 26 and 29 will trade for cash next day. Trades on June 30 will be for cash same day.

Vogogo Inc. has announced a name and symbol change to “Cryptologic Corp. (CRY/CRY.DB).

Shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol on July 31, 2019.

Further to bulletin 2018-0622, on June 29th Vogogo Inc. completed the acquisition required to extend the maturity date of the convertible debentures. As a result maturity was automatically extended to the final maturity date of June 30, 2020.
